Requirement: Personal Slayer Dungeon unlocked, ushabti souls captured from the monsters that you want to place in your dungeon at Sunken Pyramid, house teleport tablets with house teleport location set to Ports District in Menaphos because it's the closest teleport to the boat that travels to the sunken pyramid.
