According to Runewiki, there are no enemies to defeat and also no items needed for this quest. This however is not correct because you have enemies to defeat in the elite dungeon 4 such as randoms trash spawns , mini bosses and the main boss who has six stages. The items you need to bring with you : lots of food, combat gear magic gear is best for this dungeon and i would recommend bring like a familiar with you with extra food
You need to defeat all mini bosses before you can go to the main boss
You need to activate 2 corrupt wards in order to remove the magic barriers:
Southwest ward is from the big stairs to the portal (See below!)
East ward is east from the big stairs to the portal (See below!)
It is recommended to use the spells shock and horror to stun the miniboss and do damage otherwise he keeps uber-healing himself.
